Psagot’s Edom 2013, is the winery’s premier red wine featuring a Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. In making this wine we strive to blend (pun intended) old world Bordeaux with the Jerusalem Hills terroir. The wine is rich and spicy with cedar notes that integrate nicely with intense flavors of berries, black currants and oriental spice all layered on a mineral backbone.
