This lovely 7 branch menorah is all in one color.. The word, “Jerusalem,” is printed on the base on both sides. The stem and branches are covered with depictions of the symbols for the 12 tribes of Israel.
The Twelve Tribes of Israel were born from the twelve sons of Jacob. Israel is the name given by God to Jacob (Genesis 32:28) and according to Scripture, the tribes are the divisions of the ancient Jewish people. Jacob’s twelve sons and therefore, the Twelve Tribes are: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Issachar, Zebulun, Joseph, and Benjamin (Genesis 35:23-26; Exodus 1:1–4; 1 Chronicles 2:1–2).

The Menorah it is described in the Bible as the seven branched ancient “lamp and stand” constructed and used in the portable sanctuary created by Moses in the wilderness and later used in the Temple in Jerusalem.
